KYOCERA Fleet Services (KFS) is a cloud service that lets us monitor your company's printers and multifunction devices in real time and manage them remotely. This way many issues are solved before you even notice them, with fewer interruptions to your work and fewer technician visits. KFS monitors Kyocera devices as well as devices from other manufacturers.

01. Real-time monitoring:

We can see the status, errors and alerts of every device at any time, so we can respond immediately.

02. Consumables without surprises:

Toner and consumable levels are monitored continuously, so new toner arrives before the old one runs out.

03. Remote support:

Many settings and errors are fixed remotely, without the need for a technician visit.

04. Software updates:

Firmware updates are done remotely and can be scheduled outside working hours, so they don't interrupt you.

05. Automatic meter readings:

Device meter readings are recorded automatically, so you don't need to send them to us.

06. Secure platform:

Communication with the devices takes place through Kyocera's secure cloud platform.
